Cocktail Dinner - An ideal way to entertain in a less structured, “party" type atmosphere. Selections consists of a variety of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres served stationary or a combination of passed and stationary, and at least one more substantial item such as a carving station serving cocktail sandwiches. The food tables are ready and available when your guests arrive and remain out for a pre determined length of time generally 2 – 3 hours. A combination of seating and high boy tables is provided for a portion of your guests.
Buffet Seated Brunch - A variety of foods offered from a buffet. Typically one meat entree, one egg entree and your choice of accompaniments. Seating is provided for all of your guests, with silverware and glassware at each place setting.
Buffet Seated Dinner - A variety of foods and featuring one or more entrees, as well as many choices in accompaniments to complete your menu. Meat may be carved by our chef for an additional charge. Also includes a preset salad or appetizer course and dessert. Seating is provided for everyone Glassware and silverware is set at each place setting. Hors d'oeuvres may be passed prior to being seated for an additional charge.
Passed Hors d’Oeuvres Reception - A perfect option for afternoon events that occur between lunch and dinner. It is for those that want light food and is not meant to be a replacement for a meal. Tall cocktail tables or a combination of tall and short cocktail tables may be available for your guests.
Seated Dinner - Seated Dinners consists of a first course, (your choice of an appetizer or salad), an entree course with two vegetables and dessert. Seating is provided for every guest. Additional courses i.e. intermezzo, cheese as well as hors d'oeuvres may be passed during the cocktail hour for an additional charge.
