DESCRIPTION 

Full and part-time positions available. Assumes total responsibility for managing and directing catered events to the standards of River District Catering. Manages the event staff during the initial set-up, the actual event, the breakdown, clean-up and load out. Takes directions from River District Catering event planners. Maintains a professional managerial relationship with the staff and client. Assist staff with on the job training and adherence to River District Catering policies.

QUALIFICATIONS 

Energetic service oriented person with the ability and passion to produce high quality events and manage a staff in a team environment. Organized with attention to detail. Upscale catering and/or restaurant experience necessary. Must be able to work at night and most weekends and at times meet with event planner during the day.  Must have reliable transportation to get to a variety of locations.

DESCRIPTION 

Full and Part Time positions available. Provide upscale social and corporate clients with complete professional event planning information and service. Sale and guide customers through the planning process and execution of their special event. Help RDC staff and outside vendors with all aspects of event planning: food, beverages, service, decorations, music, linens, equipment rental, room design, valet, security...etc. Build relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and beautiful events. Prospect and meet with new contacts.

QUALIFICATIONS 

Energetic, friendly, sales and customer service person. Proficient in Windows-based computer applications. Excellent organizational skills. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Food service and/or sales a plus.

DESCRIPTION 

Bartenders prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Responsible for liquor accountability for event, setting-up the bar prior to the event and breaking down the bar after the event.

QUALIFICATIONS 

Must be 21 years of age or older, have working knowledge of basic and latest trend drinks great customer service and friendly.  Some lifting involved. English language and professional communication skills.  Must have the ability to work in a team environment as well as work calmly under pressure. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work at night and most weekends.
